Why this cafe's owner are so in love with pastry and baking? The reasons why she choose this concept is because she believe that she can do a variety of menu which related to pastry and baking industry. She also told us that she was so enjoy doing a decoration and this is one of the main things why she started doing this business. The decorations that she created for every single cake is absolutely to enhance the customer satisfaction.
There are so many pastry and cakes which are made by herself. The cakes is definitely will always finish before evening because there are so much people who demand and love the taste of her cakes. This hobby actually was happened when she was a childhood until now and she has an ambition to open her own cafe and be able to run it with her family. From the conversation on that day, we know that she started this business with her family and now manage it by herself.
Besides having a pastry and desert, Route 9 cafe also offers a Western's menu with a very affordable price. Puan Norlia, the owner of this cafe trying her best to look different and unique with a variety of menu that she manage to provide to attract customer's feedback. The history that comes from her successful dream which already becomes a reality is she was trained and learned by her family which also interested into this business industry.
Based on what we heard from Puan Norlia, there are so many positive feedback from customer about her food and the cafe's environment. This is because she trained her staff by her own and she always concern about the quality of the food that being served to the customer. Furthermore, she also mentioned that to maintain the quality of food she always monitor and will always try to find new menu to enhance a good productivity and more customer's intention.
